Adrenal fatigue

Modern life is full of nonstop stress. These stressors include maintaining a job, home, healthy relationships, good finances, and dealing with anything else that may come up in your daily routines. When you are under nonstop stress, your adrenal glands pump out a lot of adrenaline. To assist the adrenaline hormone, more cortisol is also distributed throughout the body.
